How soon can I expect my order?
Most items are shipped via Australia Post. Usually they arrive within 3-5 business days within Australia. Rural areas can take slightly longer.
Where is my tracking number?
Items are usually shipped untracked via standard post so unfortunately there is no tracking number. If your item is posted as registered post, you will receive a tracking number.
I've put in the wrong shipping address, what can I do?
If you've entered the wrong address, please contact us within 30 minutes after placing the order so we can fix it. We cannot guarantee changes after this time so please double check your address before placing an order.
